Leading and coordinating the in-country recruitment process for a donor program in the Democratic Republic of Congo
A donor program in the Democratic Republic of Congo required assistance to recruit high-level executives and field staff for its short-term project. The client was concerned about the structure of an in-house recruiting process, amplification of the positions. and attraction of top candidates. Dev-Afrique designed multiple round recruitment processes for the in-country team, integrated automation into the process and supported the in-country team with screening, technical assessments and in-person interviews to optimize efficiency. For amplification, we mapped internal and external networks with the requisite geographical spread to bring in the best applications. The client accepted our recommendation and asked Dev-Afrique to implement. We proceeded with the structure as presented to the client and filled the three positions.
