Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Development Desk Researcher to support our growth initiatives through market intelligence, RFP sourcing and response preparation, and high-quality presentation development. This role is ideal for someone who combines research capability, structured thinking, strong writing skills, and PowerPoint expertise to support business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source relevant RFPs, RFQs, and tender opportunities from online portals and industry platforms
- Draft structured and compelling RFP responses
- Support documentation compilation and submission processes
- Develop professional PowerPoint presentations Create high-quality PPT decks for: Client pitches, Capability presentations, Proposal submissions, Internal strategy meetings
- Support business development and proposal work
- Identify trends, opportunities, and partnership prospects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in business development support, proposal writing, consulting research, or similar role
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
