Job Summary

We seek individuals interested in working at the intersection/nexus of consulting and impact for six (6) months. The ideal candidate will work with human resource and operations team to support people operations and human capital development functions. They will collaborate with our expert teams and will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and other HR initiatives. 

  • Coordinate all talent development activities to enhance the overall competencies of employees. 
  • Coordinate the implementation of the employee file audit framework. 
  • Oversee the coordination of employee welfare-related matters
  • Work closely with various departments, assisting line managers in understanding and implementing policies and procedures. 

Requirements 

  • This is a six (6) month hybrid fellowship program.
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good understanding of HR regulations, practises and procedures within and across industries. 
  • Must possess the ability to prioritise, plan and organise work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Must be able to perform tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and precision. 
  • Good time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Good proficiency in the use of office productivity tools. 
  • Good use of initiative, high sense of ethics, professionalism and diplomacy.
