A geospatial data program in its third year of existence required an extensive engagement with key stakeholders and potential users of its data within the non-profit and private sector. Our client wants to build capacity of and generate use cases with these stakeholders.

In response to this request, DevAfrique consultants mapped key stakeholders in these sectors and designed and implemented a community of practice framework through which the client would engage with users & acquirers of geospatial data in the private & non-profit sectors. This framework was embedded into the project in-country processes and adopted as a template for other countries.
