About:

Anwulika Onwudinjo is a Communications Consultant at Dev-Afrique Development Advisors, where she provides strategic communications, research, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge management support to governments, development partners, and private sector institutions. She supports the translation of complex policy, research, and programme evidence into compelling narratives, communications strategies, and knowledge products that strengthen institutional visibility, inform advocacy, and deepen stakeholder engagement. Her work also spans strategic advisory assignments, project management, and the development of high-quality communications deliverables.

Prior to joining Dev-Afrique, Anwulika served as Brand Manager, Storytelling at Sterling Bank, where she led impact-driven storytelling highlighting the Bank’s investments across health, education, agriculture, renewable energy, and transportation. Earlier, she served as Public Relations Lead at AFEX, where she developed strategic media campaigns, secured coverage across leading African and international media platforms, positioned senior executives at major industry events, and advanced communications for agriculture, finance, and inclusive development initiatives. She also held communications and research leadership roles at One African Initiatives and PRM Africa, where she supported organizational positioning, stakeholder engagement, thought leadership, and strategic communications across development, public, and private sector organizations.

Anwulika combines expertise in strategic communications, media relations, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement with experience leading communications strategies, managing high-impact campaigns, producing thought leadership, and engaging senior executives, policymakers, development practitioners, and international stakeholders. She is passionate about using strategic communications to strengthen institutions, shape public discourse, and amplify evidence-based solutions that advance sustainable development across Africa.

She holds a Master’s degree in African and African Diaspora Studies from the University of Lagos, where she graduated in the top 5% of her class and received an Excellence Scholarship for PhD studies. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in policy and strategic studies from Covenant University.
