Dr. Mohammed Musa Abubakar is a Senior Advisor at Dev Afrique Development Advisors, where he offers his extensive expertise as a health communications specialist with over 30 years of experience in the public health and public affairs information management sectors.

He is a retired Director of the Advocacy and Communications Department of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency. He also worked as a Public Affairs officer and rose to become an Assistant Director of Public Affairs at the National Population Commission. In this role, he coordinated the design and implementation of publicity packages for population census, surveys, and research activities of the commission. He supervised the editing and production of the house journal of the commission, NPC News, and other coordinated activities of the commission.

He holds a master’s degree in international Affairs and Diplomacy from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Bachelor of Arts in English (Theatre and Performing Arts).
