About:

Femi Adebola is a Principal Advisor at Dev-Afrique Development Advisors, where he leads the West and Central Africa Business Unit. In this role, he provides thought leadership to clients and colleagues, guiding the design and implementation of impact-focused strategies, projects, and initiatives across Africa. His strategic insights and hands-on approach have consistently driven successful outcomes in complex, high-stakes environments.

Femi’s extensive experience includes his tenure at Solina Centre for International Development and Research, where he led diverse portfolios such as Polio, Human Resources for Health, and Performance-Based Financing. He has a proven track record of collaborating with donors, business owners, and governments to deliver high-impact interventions that improve lives and build sustainable systems to advance development outcomes in sub-Saharan Africa.

Femi holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford, UK, and a Medicine and Surgery degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He also holds a certificate in Quality Improvement from the Global Health Institute, University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, and is certified in Performance-Based Financing.
