Femi Adebola is an Associate Principal at Dev-Afrique Development Advisors, where he leads the Development Practice. In this role, he provides thought leadership to clients and colleagues, guiding the design and implementation of impact-focused strategies, projects, and initiatives across Africa. His strategic insights and hands-on approach have consistently driven successful outcomes in complex, high-stakes environments.

Femi’s extensive experience includes his tenure at Solina Centre for International Development and Research, where he led diverse portfolios such as Polio, Human Resources for Health, and Performance-Based Financing. He has a proven track record of collaborating with donors, business owners, and governments to deliver high-impact interventions that improve lives and build sustainable systems to advance development outcomes in sub-Saharan Africa.

Femi holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford, UK, and a Medicine and Surgery degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He also holds a certificate in Quality Improvement from the Global Health Institute, University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, and is certified in Performance-Based Financing.
