Sainaan Dati, currently serving as a Consultant at Dev-Afrique Development Advisors, is dedicated to enhancing organizational strategies and structures. Her passion lies in meticulously evaluating, identifying gaps, and proposing specialized solutions to improve overall organizational performance.

In her previous role as a Management Consultant, specializing in Strategy, HR, and Change Management for public sector reform projects, Sainaan contributed significantly to revising organizational policies, aligning business strategies, and evaluating staff capacity in various organizations. Noteworthy clients include Plateau State Internal Revenue Service (PSIRS), Imo State Internal Revenue Service (IIRS), and the Joint Tax Board (JTB). One of her impactful deliverables was a comprehensive Work Environment Report across 20 office locations of a State agency, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that influenced decision-making at the highest levels of government.

Sainaan’s experience extends to her role as a Business Analyst, where her passion for impact manifested in spearheading a CSR initiative, conceptualizing and developing a sustainable education model tailored for rural Nigeria. This initiative aimed to ensure universal access to quality education, actively engaging communities and parents to uplift their quality of life. Sainaan also contributed to the development of comprehensive business plans, feasibility studies, and managed primary and secondary data generation for clients as needed. It was during this time that Sainaan gained a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from PMI.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kent, UK, Sainaan is based in Abuja, Nigeria, and continues to make significant strides in the development sector.
