This is the 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗪𝗦𝗛 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹 & 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃-𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁, “𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀: 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲,” which aims to promote and strengthen the use of water and sanitation data system tools for performance management and service delivery.

In this session, we spotlight the 𝗡𝗮𝗸𝘂𝗿𝘂 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 (𝗡𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗖𝗢) 𝗘𝗥𝗣 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺—an integrated platform that has supported key operational functions such as billing, customer service, infrastructure mapping, and technical operations since 2019. 𝗗𝗲𝘃-𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀, 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗡𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗖𝗢, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗘𝗦𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗦) 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀’ 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗚𝗪𝗢𝗣𝗔), will highlight how these features contribute to water and sanitation management in Nakuru, Kenya.

The session is designed to provide WSH stakeholders, including utility managers, regulators, and municipal authorities, with a clear understanding of how data systems like the NAWASSCO ERP System can improve decision-making, service delivery, and overall performance management in the WSH sector.
