Event Details
This is the third webinar in our WSH Data Systems Learning Series, as part of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation-funded Dev-Afrique project, “Public Service Data Systems: Landscaping, Learning, and Technical Assistance,” which aims to promote and strengthen the use of water and sanitation data system tools for performance management and service delivery.
In this session, we spotlight the Nakuru Water and Sanitation Services Company (NAWASSCO) ERP System—an integrated platform that has supported key operational functions such as billing, customer service, infrastructure mapping, and technical operations since 2019. Dev-Afrique Development Advisors, in collaboration with NAWASSCO, the Eastern and Southern Africa Water and Sanitation (ESAWAS) Regulators Association, and the Global Water Operators’ Partnerships Alliance (GWOPA), will highlight how these features contribute to water and sanitation management in Nakuru, Kenya.
The session is designed to provide WSH stakeholders, including utility managers, regulators, and municipal authorities, with a clear understanding of how data systems like the NAWASSCO ERP System can improve decision-making, service delivery, and overall performance management in the WSH sector.
Why Attend?
Experts from NAWASSCO will discuss the system’s real-world applications, offering attendees the opportunity to engage with those directly involved in its use. Attendees will also get to connect with other WSH professionals and share best practices in data system implementation.
