Dev-Afrique’s client, Nosh Africa, was a mid-sized social impact investor in the agriculture sector looking to invest in the cassava value chain of Nigeria. The client sought to determine the investment’s viability, including potential risks, within the first ten years of operations.

Dev-Afrique conducted a comprehensive initial market assessment of the cassava value chain in the country, industry analysis, and government interventions, policies, and regulations along the value chain. We also developed a full-scale financial model and designed an implementation plan analyzing various scenarios to ensure optimal results. With our Support, the client moved toward the implementation of the first phase of the Project.
